Anxiety with Flying and going to Las Vegas is three days?

Yes I am going to Las Vegas and I am really scared about flying because in the summer of 2007 I went to Ontario by myself and got scared because I was by myself and I threw up the hole way there.

What can I do to help lower my anxiety for my up coming days before the flight?

   Just make sure the light beam from the Luxor doesn’t hit the plane…

   just remember that the pilots know what to do just incase something goes wrong…….dont worry just try breathing in and out and talk with people around you to get your mind off of the subject.
